See Why Tamar Braxton Wants To Rent Out Her Mansion For $85K A Month

Get inside the mansion that's costing her serious coins.

Life gets real out here in these streets, and no one knows that better than Tamar Braxton.

From coming to terms that her marriage with music executive Vincent Herbert was on the rocks to cutting off all her hair in efforts to feel “finally free,” Tamar has been going through serious life changes.

ICYMI: The singer has even been the word on the street as she struggles to sell her stunning home in Calabasas, CA, which went on the market in October 2017 for the distinguished price of $15 million.

Now according to Page Six, the home is available for rent at a whopping price of $85,000 a month, which we can only assume is necessary in order to maintain the upkeep until she finds a buyer.

The luxurious home sits on two acres with an amazing view of the hills. It boasts of more than 14,000 square feet and it is equipped with seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, two family rooms, home theater, game room, chef’s kitchen, elevator and elaborate security system. Braxton-Herbert also added a few bonuses with a salon, a professional recording studio and a playground for their little tyke.

Woah, so luxe!

Our question is why won’t it sell?

Well, according to The Blast, there are several liens on the home because the Tamar & Vince reality stars have failed to pay a few bills that include limousine serve, a nanny who claimed she did not receive her wages, and a financing corporation.

All three liens total: $244,138.34.

TBH: It may be hard for the Love and War singer and her music manager husband to find a renter anytime soon because the price that they're asking swells in comparison to the cost of houses in the area that only rent for a reasonable $5,800 a month.

In our opinion, while they wait for a buyer that can benefit from the amenities, they should post it on AIRBNB and get a bang for their buck!

Just saying...
