ICYMI: The 35-year-old rapper has been quite active showing what's been going down at the gym, and clearly his hard work is paying off getting him a highlight on The Shaderoom's IG along with the caption, "#YungJoc working overtime for them likes tonight."

The Plates & Poles host swiftly jumped into the comments sections of the IG post to set the record straight.
"Thank you shade room. What ppl [people] fail to realize is I'm not going this for the likes, I'm going it for life! I'm healthier than than I've been in 10 years of my life," he shared before adding, "look at the obituaries in the newspaper and you will see ppl are dropping due to heart attacks, strokes, diabetes, [and] cancer! I'm just showing my profession to being a HEALTHIER ME. #FVXK the haters!"
And he's not afraid to show his work.
"Made a promise to myself & God that I would do my best to to be my best inside and out. I don’t mind the negative comments cause they truly inspire the aspiring," he shared with his haters.
