To date, the hip-hop industry is still mourning the shocking loss of Mac Miller, who was sadly found dead in his San Fernando Valley home on September 7.

After an autopsy, the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner-Coroner has officially confirmed that the famed Pittsburgh rapper died from an accidental overdose due to multiple drug toxicity that included cocaine, alcohol and Fentanyl, reports PEOPLE.

FYI: Fentanyl may sound familiar, because it was the same opiate that tragically took the life of music legend Prince on April 21, 2016.
