Bootsy Collins

A Rock and Roll Hall of Famer, Bootsy Collins, born William Earl Collins, is a funk master.  Known for jamming in the 1960s with the legendary James Brown and later with George Clinton's Parliament-Funkadelic as the lead bassist.  Throughout his career, the Cincinnati-native has released more than twenty albums, playing with Bootsy's Rubber Band and his own eponymous band.  At the 2007 BET Awards, Collins performed "Say It Loud."
