Gym Class Heroes

Gym Class Heroes is an upstate New York-based alternative rock/hip hop band signed to Fall Out Boy bassist Pete Wentz’s label, Decaydance. Comprised of drummer Matt, bassist Eric, guitarist Disashi (who replaced Milo) and MC Travis, the group followed up their self-released disc …for the Kids (2002) with the critically acclaimed The Papercut Chronicles (2005), which introduced their mashup sound to the masses. They are known for their tongue-in-cheek lyrics and colorful style. While frontman Travie McCoy left to pursue a solo career, he has returned to for 2011’s Papercut Chronicles II.
