Ryeisha Berrain first turned heads in 2006 with her massive Baltimore Club hit “Shake It to the Ground” and then gained worldwide acclaim by recording and touring with pop megastar M.I.A, who later signed Rye Rye to her N.E.E.T record label. A combination of pop, electronica, Baltimore Club and hip hop, the B’More rapper released her debut album Go! Pop! Bang! in May 2012, garnering critical applause for its dance-driven and colorful tracks. She made her acting debut the same year in the action-comedy 21 Jump Street.
