Swin Cash


Swintayla "Swin" Marie Cash was the second overall pick in the 2002 WNBA draft by the Detroit Shock. Before going pro, Cash helped lead the University of Connecticut basketball team to national titles in 2000 and 2002. In the WNBA, Swin led the Detroit Shock to their first ever WNBA title in her second season. Cash was invited to play in the 2003 WNBA All-Star game and won the gold medal as a part of the U.S. Women's Basketball team at the 2004 Olympics.
