Yung Joc

In 2006 Atlanta rapper Yung Joc met producer Nitti Beatz and the two recorded the summer smash "It's Goin Down." Upon the success of the single, Joc quickly signed a multi-million-dollar deal with Sean Diddy Combs’ Bad Boy Records and released his debut album, New Joc City, later that year. The album debuted at No. 3 on the Billboard Hot 200. Riding the wave of success that year, Yung Joc made the Forbes magazine Richest Rapper List, coming in at No. 20. He also won “Hip Hop Track of the Year” at the 2006 BET Awards. In 2007, Joc released his sophomore LP, Hustlenomics, which also peaked at No. three on the charts. After issues with his label, Yung Joc released an independent album, Grind Flu, and recently produced new single “Yeah Boy” to be featured on his album Mr. Robinson’s Neighborhood.
