Romeo Miller Mourns Sister Tytyana’s Death, Says She’s “Finally At Peace”

The news of Tytyana’s death made headlines on May 30, she was 29.

Romeo Miller has publicly responded to the untimely death of his sister Tytyana Miller, who died at age 29.

The news of Tytyana’s passing was first announced by Miller’s father, Master P, over Memorial Day weekend on Instagram. Romeo shared a follow-up post to say that while his family is going through “overwhelming grief,” his little sister is “finally at peace.”

“We respectfully request some privacy so that our family can grieve,” he wrote in a statement on IG.

“We appreciate all of the prayers, love, and support, and although this is sad times, I’m forever grateful for the memories I did have with my amazing sister,” he added. “Love on your loved ones, life is short.”

Before concluding, “The silver lining, I know she’s in a way better place and finally at peace and free. God Bless. -RM 😞🤍🕊.”

Master P shared the news of the death of his daughter, who he shares with his Sonya C.

“Mental illness & substance abuse is a real issue that we can't be afraid to talk about. With God, we will get through this. #MyAngel,” he shared in his official IG statement in part.

In 2016, Tytyana appeared on "Growing Up Hip-Hop" and addressed her past struggle with substance abuse, reports CNN. Master P and Sonya C also are parents to Romeo, Hercy Miller, Veno Miller, Itali Miller, Mercy Miller, and Vercy Miller. Master P is also the father of Cymphonique Miller.
