Based on true events from the Civil Rights movement, Danny Glover stars as Will Walker - a man broken down by the Mississippi justice system of the 1960s. Will's son, Owen Walker (played by Vicellous Reon Shannon) witnesses his father's apprehension but failed actions to this system. Owen soon finds himself at the forefront of the movement to help African-Americans in his community register to vote.
Will Owen be able to help his community gain a voice?
