Kordell Stewart is so stressed out that a viral video star claims he had a relationship with him he's suing over it. Stewart filed papers against Andrew "I'm Not Gay No More" Caldwell, famous for "renouncing" his homosexuality in front of his church congregation, for saying on a radio show earlier this month that he and Stewart hooked up.
Stewart says that Caldwell's claims are false and that he has never been gay. "At all times during [Kordell's] life, Mr. Stewart has been, and is, a heterosexual male," the court documents read. Stewart claims emotional distress, loss of earnings and — wait for it — impairment to his reputation as a result of Caldwell's claims.
It will be interesting to see if a court of law agrees that, in 2015, being called gay can damage your reputation, especially considering the plaintiff has been on a reality show. Stewart was, of course, married to Real Housewives of Atlanta star Porsha Williams until he suddenly filed for divorce in 2013. Gay rumors have followed Stewart for years.
