Russell Crowe may have denied Azealia Banks's claims that he choked her, spat on her and used the n-world while kicking her out of a party, but the rapper is determined to prove she's right. Ms. Banks has now involved the law! She reported the incident to the police and filed a battery report against the Oscar winner.

According to TMZ, Banks filed a report with the Beverly Hills Police Department on Sunday afternoon and demanded that the actor apologize to her for what he did. Crowe's reps allegedly refuse to apologize as he insists everything she said is false.

The two allegedly got into it during Crowe's dinner party over the weekend, with Banks making bloody threats before she cocked back a glass. This is when the MC claims Crowe removed her from the party and assaulted her both physically and verbally.
