Taylor Swift Is a Fan of This G-Unit Rapper

The country superstar is down with Young Buck.

Taylor Swift isn’t shy to admit she’s a huge hip hop fan. In the past, we’ve seen her rap lyrics to Nicki Minaj’s “Super Bass” and Kendrick Lamar’s “Backseat Freestyle.” We can now add Young Buck to her list of favorites.

During her video acceptance speech (she couldn’t be there in person) for the Best Fansite at the Shorty Awards on April 20th, she added some spice by rapping the lyrics to Buck’s 2004 hit “Shorty Wanna Ride.”

“I did not understand what the honor was for,” she said. “Now, I understand it’s because you guys have been unbelievable on social media, and I’m really happy about that. My second thought, just for the record, was ‘shorty wanna ride wit me, ride wit me, we can get low!’”

Young Buck heard the news and shouted out T-Swift on Instagram. “OK @50cent U RIGHT…..I AM #KindOfHotRightNow," he wrote last night. “SOMEBODY TAG #TaylorSwift AND TELL HER WE OWE #Tennessee A HIT RECORD TOGETHER!!”

Buck then wrote in another post that he hopes to work with her one day. “LOOKING FOR @taylorswift. SHAWTY WANNA WORK WIT CHA.”

A Young Buck and Taylor Swift collab in 2015? That could be hot.
