Tyler, the Creator has been known to pull off some extreme stuff, but this might be the grossest thing he’s ever done.

The Odd Future rapper toured in the U.K. after releasing his third studio album, Cherry Bomb. When he decided to upload live footage of the tour this year, there’s one instance that’ll catch viewers off guard.

In the clip, Tyler is seen paying a fan 20 pounds (approximately $30 USD) to come on stage and eat vomit from a soaked towel in front of everyone. While we don’t know the exact location, sources say it was at the 02 Academy in Bristol. Brace yourselves. It’s pretty disgusting, but falls in line with the OFWGKTA antics that got them Internet-famous a few years ago.
