The R&B crooner was caught following Rihanna's BFF, Melissa Forde, on Instagram and social media began wondering what was going on.
After the Navy started accusing Breezy of trying to shoot his shot to Melissa — or Rihanna — in private, he shut that down in an IG comment, saying Melissa will "always be his homie."
