T.I. and Tiny have been reportedly on the road to divorce for some time now, but it seems as Tiny left out a major detail that all divorce proceedings require: she failed to serve the rapper with the divorce papers.

According to TMZ, the proceedings are currently at a standstill because of this decision. The site reported that a hearing in the divorce was set for this morning in Georgia, but the date was scrapped after the court had learned that T.I. was never served with the papers, though Tiny filed for divorce back in December, 2016.

This comes as a surprise to many as they've been spotted together on multiple occasions since then, with the most recent being Valentine's Day.

For their divorce to proceed, the Xscape member would have to file proof that she served her husband with the divorce papers.

Many believe this is all more confirmation that Tiny, in fact, does not want to go through with her initial decision to divorce her rapper husband.
