Here's Kanye West's Response to Ray J's Feelings About His VMAs Speech

Can't we all just get along?!

Kanye West had one of the most anticipated appearances on stage during this year’s MTV Music Video Awards, especially considering the pre-show news that the rapper would have four minutes to do or say whatever he pleased.

During his speech, he shouted out several of the celebrities featured in his conversational and controversial music video for his track “Famous.” Of those names he dropped, Ray J was the least amused

While the name drop was quick and subtle, with Ye saying, “I put Ray J in it, bro! That’s fame!,” the singer/actor was not happy to be included whatsoever. In fact, he called West a “shameless hypocrite” for writing a song that capitalizes on fame and, in this specific instance, a specific sex tape involving Kim Kardashian.

In the past, when Ray J wrote the song “I Hit It First,” West responded by calling him lame. Now that he’s gone and done a similar thing, Ray J is furious and feels as though West is doing what he once had called out Ray J for doing.

West has since fired back, telling TMZ he’s overall confused as to why Ray J is mad at him for “Famous” at this point in the game.

“We’re all in the same bed!” West says to a crowd of paparazzi. He then goes on to repeat tthat he’s confused before moving on to talk about designing school uniforms.

Check out Kanye West’s reaction to Ray J still being in his feelings over “Famous” in the exchange below.
