Fabolous Has Been Awarded the Key to Brooklyn
It's always incredible to see what new accomplishments some of hip-hop's veteran rappers can add to their already impressive resumes.
Such is the case with Fabolous, a rapper with over two decades in the game who recently added a new milestone to his legacy. As reported, the Brooklyn rapper has now been officially recognized by the very place that raised him and inspired his vast catalog of music.
Last week, Fabolous was recognized at Brooklyn's Grand Courtroom in Borough Hall. He was awarded Icon Talks' coveted Icon Award as well as another impressive accolade, with Brooklyn Borough President Eric Adams presenting him with the official Key to Brooklyn.
To support the rapper and congratulate him on this latest accomplishments, several of his peers were in attendance, including Doug E. Fresh, Wale and DJ Clue.
Icon Talks founder Jonathon Burns also hosted a discussion with Fab, with the conversation focusing on his life both in the business and music sense.
Congratulations, Fabolous! Very much deserved.
