Drake Has a Life-Size Portrait of Beyoncé in His Studio and the Internet Has Questions...
To say that OVO Sound honcho and Young Money rap prince Drake is a diehard stan for some of the most legendary music icons would be a vast understatement.
Despite being a chart-topping, record-breaking, award-dominating rap star himself, Drizzy still takes his admiration for the music legends that came before him to striking levels. Fans probably didn’t imagine that those levels could reach much higher after his trio of music legend tattoos, including the late R&B songstress Aaliyah, neo-soul legend Sade Adu, and his longtime mentor and label boss Lil Wayne.
But, Drake is proving those fans wrong with a new token of his stan-hood, this time for megastar songstress and global icon Beyoncé, spotted from a picture in his recording studio posted to Instagram.
In the shot of Drizzy’s studio, a black-and-white Beyoncé portrait of life-size proportions is pretty hard to ignore as it hangs from the wall and appears to be the only picture in the entire section of the room.
Of course, it didn’t make it past the eye of a Twitter fan page dedicated to the Queen Bey, which also dug up the exact picture of her that’s featured in the portrait.
Some fans argued that the decoration was a bit odd (eyeing Jay-Z while they were at it)
While some saluted Drizzy’s grand gesture to the legend of Queen Bey.
Everyone else? Well, they can pretty much relate…
