When we first met Chocolate Droppa in 2011, it was more than apparent that we had a real hip-hop story on our hands. Droppa was raised in Japan and had a rough time during street fights because he didn’t know karate – the struggle is real. After years of battling famed rappers and dropping freestyles on the radio waves, he finally landed a record deal with the legendary Motown Records. It might be Chocolate Droppa’s first record deal, but it’s definitely not the first time he’s blessed us with his flawless wordsmith talent.

His introduction which was also a look into his unique style.
