Ne-Yo Says He Has No Beef With Snooki

Why he stands behind criticizing the reality star's "Rolling Stone" cover.

Multiple people, including stars like Pink and Ne-Yo, expressed bafflement over Jersey Shore star Snooki being tapped for the cover of the music-based magazine, Rolling Stone.

But, it was Ne-Yo’s comments that received the most attentionê—ultimately leading Snooki to reveal that she is no longer a fan of the R&B singer.

In an interview with Us Magazine, Ne-Yo says he meant no ill will toward Snooki personally.  He explained: ”I've got to reiterate that I meant no disrespect to Snooki, I don't know her, so I can't disrespect her. But I feel like Rolling Stone is a music magazine and for them to put her on the cover is like, really?”

Ne-Yo added that there is no feud between the two, but said if Snooki is mad, “let’s talk about it.”

Lil’ Wayne and other celebrities have said they are big fans of the popular MTV reality series. Ne-Yo described the cast members he met as “cool,” but quipped, “But this show as a whole? Not really. I have to say, not really.”
