The comedian has no patience for Trump's political aspirations...or for Trump.
One person not at all interested in the “Will he, won’t he run?” question concerning Donald Trump’s presidential ambitions is Bill Cosby.
During an interview with Meredith Viera on the Today show, Cosby was asked about Trump’s political aspirations and flatly sniped, “Oh please with Donald Trump.”
Viera asked why and he quipped, “Because he’s full of it. Based on what I just heard.” Cosby then added, “You run or shut up.”
Viera noted that it wasn’t uncommon for potential candidates to hold back on declaring whether or not they will run this soon. Cosby didn’t agree and said, “Anybody can announce. You can run…you can run now. The only thing he’s running is his mouth.”
Viera offered a “we’ll see” about Trump’s future and Cosby's reply? “I don’t care.” When told, “You have to take him seriously,” Cosby insisted, “No, I don’t. Not him."
