The model will battle it out in court to clear her name for an alleged New York street scuffle.
Jessica White is not going down without a fight. However, that's probably what has her in hot water in the first place. The Sports Illustrated model was offered the chance to avoid prison for allegedly striking a woman in the face and pulling her hair during an altercation over a taxi in New York. She rejected the plea deal and is now heading to trial.
During a Manhattan courthouse appearance on May 17, White turned down an offer that would have required her to plead guilty to misdemeanor assault, sign up for two days of community service and two days of anger management courses.
A new court date has been set for June 15. The model is adamant that the trial will clear her name.
