The actor was arrested early Monday after driving into parked cars.
Former "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation" actor Gary Dourdan was arrested at 3:50 a.m. Monday on suspicion of driving under the influence and drug possession. He was detained after allegedly driving into several parked cars. Dourdan was walking away from the accident when police arrived at the scene.
According to TMZ, the police found ecstasy pills during the investigation and charged Dourdan with drug possession. He was booked at a nearby station and released after he posted $10,000 bail. He's due in court July 7.
In 2008, the 44-year-old actor was also arrested for drug possession after he was found asleep behind the wheel of his car and was caught with heroin, cocaine and ecstasy. He escaped jail time by pleading guilty and going to a drug-diversion program.
