During an appearance on Chelsea Lately, Jada Pinkett Smith confirmed that she has spent a lot of time with pop star Justin Bieber. Pinkett Smith was there to promote the season premiere of her medical drama, Hawthorne, and during her back-and-forth with Chelsea Handler, she was asked about Bieber. Jada discussed how the Smith family home has become a haven for him.
Calling him her “little sweetie,” Jada said, “I remember when he did the MTV Awards; he was performing and he came home with Jaden [Smith] and he stayed with us that night. [He] immediately went to the computer and he wanted us to gather around and critique his show.” She quoted Bieber, “What do you think about this? What do you think about that? Oh no, I told them to do the camera like this.” She added, “And I’m looking at him going, ‘If I’m not looking at a little Will Smith.’”
