Lil’ Jon is entering the Hollywood arena, but not in the way most would expect. The rapper/producer is a producer for a film entitled The Devil’s Double. The movie is a drama centered on the bodyguard of Saddam Hussein’s son, Uday Hussein.

In an interview with Movieline, Lil Jon’ explained how he became a part of the project. "The producers just reached out to me," he said. "I checked out the movie and then I was like, 'Yeah, I’m down. Let’s do it.'" The Celebrity Apprentice star described it as a “cool, nice movie” that’s “like on some Scarface sh*t.”

However, while he has done voice-over work, Lil’ Jon has no plans to join the many, many rappers who have turned into thespians. "I just want to do animated, because to be an actor, you have to really polish and refine your craft," Jon said. "I don’t want to half do it. I want to do it real. I just want to concentrate on the animated side and more television shows. I’m just trying to keep feeding the people with more jobs.”
