She may have procreated with Terrell Owens, but right now Melanie Paige Smith has far more in common with Gangsta Boo. The mother of Owens’ child is asking for the $5,000 per month he was ordered to pay her. Smith says the football and reality star refused to pay up.

Her lawyer, Randall Kessler told the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, “Owens has failed and refused to pay the full amount of child support for June 2011.” It appears that Owens’ financial advisers alerted Smith that he has decided to stop paying the full amount. Smith says she has no ill will towards Owens, but that he needs to pay what he owes. "She simply asks that he follow the order to which he agreed," Kessler says. "Rather than discussing his situation with her or her lawyers first, he simply cut his child support."
