Homey the Clown is ready for his comeback! Groundbreaking sketch comedy show In Living Color is being rebooted by Fox. Keenan Ivory Wayans, the producer of the original series, will serve as the revamped program’s host and executive producer. Fox will test drive the new show with two half-hour specials before deciding whether or not to pick it up for a full season.

The original In Living Color aired from 1990 to 1994 and was hailed as a fresh alternative to Saturday Night Live. The show launched the career of all the Wayans brothers, as well as Jamie Foxx, David Allen Grier, Jim Carrey and “fly girl” Jennifer Lopez.

The rebooted series will feature fresh, young talent as well as musical performances by special guests, says the Hollywood Reporter.

Fox will air the pair of special episodes this spring.
