Shaq Admits to Cheating on Shaunie O'Neal in Memoir

Yet still claims he was never "disrespectful" to his ex-wife.

Shaquille O'Neal is dropping bomb after bomb in his upcoming memoir Shaq Uncut: My Story (out Tuesday), but this one will likely get him some hate mail from the ladies. The 7'1" baller finally admits to cheating on ex-wife Shaunie O'Neal multiple times throughout their eight year marriage:
"At one time my ex-wife Shaunie and I were happy, but I admit it — I was a guy. I was a guy with too many options. Choosing to be with some of those women, well, that's on me," he writes, but then adds the following bizarre excuse: "In my mind, I never did it disrespectfully, but obviously I shouldn't have done it all."

Unfortunately, Shaq doesn't go on to explain how one respectfully cheats on his wife and the mother of his children, but the retired NBA player does claim he's matured since.

"You know as well as I do relationships are about maintaining ... It wasn't the big stuff, it was the small stuff, and that's my fault. I had things to do. I was trying to win, trying to make some money. I admit I wasn't the best partner. I just didn't know how. I'm learning now."

That's good news for Hoopz.
