Despite eating for two, Bey won't be letting herself go.
While, for most women, pregnancy is a time to indulge in whatever the belly desires, Beyoncé is all about keeping her diet in control. The mom-to-be (whose pregnancy style is enviable even to those who aren't with child) told Katie Couric on 20/20 that, just because she's expecting, she's not giving into all her food cravings.
"I've been really conscious [about food]," Bey said in the interview, which aired Friday night. "I've been trying my best not to lose control," adds the voluptuous star.
"Because I've met so many people that say, 'My second baby, my third baby, I've learned my lesson,'" she explains of other moms who struggled to lose weight post-baby. "So I haven't been going crazy. I know it's important that I don't lose myself."
One thing Beyoncé and her hubby Jay-Z are planning to splurge on is a new crib in Miami Beach. TMZ reports that the couple recently checked out Ricky Martin's 9,491 square-foot ocean-front casa as a possible escape from NYC winters.
