Kim Kardashian Named Most Ill-Mannered Person of 2011

There's never a dull moment with this clan.

Much has been said about Kim Kardashian’s quickie marriage and divorce this year, but at least the National League of Junior Cotillions were proper enough to throw shade with an award, giving the reality queen the dubious honor of the “Most Ill Mannered Person of 2011.”

The Southern debutantes put her at the top of their annual list “for making a private matter public and disrespecting the institution of marriage." NLJC National Director Elizabeth Anne Winters explained in a statement that the annual selections are based on the demonstration of dignity, honor and respect (Kate Middleton, Duchess of Cambridge was bestowed with a “Best-Mannered Person of 2011” honor). At least they put it mildly! What superlative would you give Kim Kardashian for the year?

Meanwhile Kardashian kid brother Rob is hot on his sister’s designing heels, planning to launch a line of his own. "I'm working on a dress sock line. I'm very passionate about it," the Dancing With the Stars runner-up told Us Weekly. Although he has no name for the new venture, he’s pretty clear on what name he doesn’t want to use. "I don't really want it to be associated with the Kardashian brand.... I've started several companies before and people don't know about it because I don't vocalize it. Things succeed, they fail, and that's how you start a business venture. So hopefully this succeeds,” he said. Look at little bro trying to do it his way, but "Momager" Kris might want to remind him that products with the family name helped them all gross a total of $65 million last year. Just saying...
