The Oscars are so yesterday. Now, Hollywood is gearing up for the only awards show that really matters: the Golden Raspberry Awards.
Nominees have been announced for the 32nd Annual "Razzies," which celebrate "all the films that suck" each year. Winners (if you can call them that) of the awards will be recognized for “Worst Achievements in Film” on — appropriately — April Fools’ Day.
Leading the pack of 2012 Razzie contenders are some familiar faces — director Michael Bay Transformers  franchise and Adam Sandler topping Eddie Murphy's record for most nominations in a single year with five nods — and some surprises, including Worst Actress noms for two men in drag, Adam Sandler for Jack & Jill and Martin Lawrence for Big Momma: Like Father, Like Son.
While many actors fail to show up to collect their honors, Halle Berry started a trend of self-deprecation by owning her flawed performances and collecting her Razzie in person, in 2005 for Catwoman.
