The Oscar winner returns to the set of The Hive following hospital stint.

Halle Berry could be dubbed one of the hardest working women in Hollywood.
TMZ is reporting the 45-year-old actress was back to work Thursday evening after being hospitalized following her injury filming her latest movie, The Hive.
Berry had no visible bruises or bandages as she walked to her trailer on the L.A. set on her first day back on the job.
While shooting a fight scene on Tuesday night, the Cloud Atlas star fell and hit her head on concrete. People on set were concerned for Berry when she began throwing up after the fall—which is a common sign of a concussion.
The actress was taken to the hospital as a precaution, checked out healthy and was later released.
Berry plays a 911 operator trying to save an abducted girl in The Hive.
The film is due in theaters in 2013.
