Octavia Spencer has been keeping herself busy after winning an Oscar!
Last year's Best Supporting Actress (for her breakthrough role in The Help) has landed another promising role in Baggage Claim, a romantic comedy also starring Paula Patton and Derek Luke.
Baggage Claim is about a flight attendant (Patton) who has 30 days and 30,000 miles to find a husband. Luke will play the male lead with Spencer co-starring in an unspecified role. 
Spencer is also wrapping up production on Diablo Cody's untitled directorial debut, opposite Julianne Hough and Russell Brand. 
It's clear Spencer is great at playing supporting roles in quality films, but we're ready to see her take a leading role!
