Queen Latifah continues to expand her ever-growing roster of titles for television.

The latest project Latifah is producing is Let the Church Say Amen, based on the bestselling novel by Reshonda Tate Billingsley. It’s the story of a 21-year old wayward preacher’s kid named Rachel who is struggling to put her life together. Juggling both a six-year old child out of wedlock and a high school education, Rachel tries to earn her father’s respect by marrying. But she ends up on a powerful journey that takes her through trials, tribulations and reconciliation.

Let the Church Say Amen is a BET, Royal Ties and Flavor Unit Production that is executive produced by Reina King, Regina King's sister. Regina will also serve as a producer.
