In the case of Chad Johnson, out of sight is really out of mind for Evelyn Lozada.

The Basketball Wives star has cut all ties from her husband since the head-butting domestic violence incident between them on August 11.

When asked by TMZ if she’s had any contact with her pro-baller husband, Lozada said, “No.”

That one word reply marks the first time the soon-to-be ex-Mrs. Johnson has uttered a word in public since their dispute. Lozada filed for divorce from the footballer formerly known as Chad Ochocino after only five weeks of marriage.

But we will soon hear more from Lozada on her life and ill-fated love. She is scheduled to do an interview with Good Morning America anchor Amy Robach in the coming weeks.
