Won’t Back Down is a stirring drama about a teacher who lost her spark (Viola Davis) and a mom who wants to make a difference (Maggie Gyllenhaal). The two band together to change the education possibilities for their children and rally their challenged community.

BET.com got an opportunity to talk to Won’t Back Down star Gyllenhaal about her new movie. In addition, the 34-year old actress had a lot to say about President Barack Obama and his policies on education. Plus, she shares an encounter with Morgan Freeman at an awards show and discusses working with Maya Rudolph in the film, Away We Go.

Won't Back Down opens tomorrow.  Check out Gyllenhaal in the clip below.
