Usher Evicts Ex-Wife From Mansion

The singer puts his massive home up for sale.

A month after Usher informed his ex-wife, Tameka Raymond, he would be evicting her in order to sell his Georgia mansion, the singer has kept his promise, putting the home on the market for $3.2 million.

Until now, Tameka was allowed to live in the home as part of their 2009 divorce agreement. Under the agreement, Usher retained his right to sell the property any time he wished, just as long as he gave Raymond 60 days notice.

Usher purchased the 12,544 square-foot mansion for $3 million in 2007 while still married to Tameka. Last week, he officially put the property up for sale. The massive home has six bedrooms, seven baths, 10-foot ceilings, a massive pool, an in-home gym, four fireplaces and a library.
Tameka, who runs her own small business, has had no comment about this development.
