Halle Berry Draws Criticism Over Messy Custody Battle

Sources say four-year-old Nahla being used as a "pawn."

Gabriel Aubry may have lost his latest bid to take back full custody of his daughter, but Halle Berry is no winner in the ongoing drama between her and her ex.
Berry and Aubry both are quickly losing any sympathy from friends and fans as their messy custody battle for four-year-old Nahla reaches new lows. Following a Thanksgiving Day brawl, during which Aubry and Berry's fiancé Olivier Martinez got into a bloody fistfight in front of the child, sources close to the former couple are afraid that "they keep playing this game and Nahla is being used as a pawn." One insider tells Us Weekly, "It's her I feel sorry for."
Even Donald Trump couldn't resist the urge to weigh in on the situation. The Celebrity Apprentice host tweeted that Aubry "became a punching bag" during the fight with Martinez, and that Berry is "always drama."
Perhaps in an attempt to move on from the ugly situation, TMZ reports Berry is looking to sell the Hollywood Hills home where Martinez and Aubry brawled. The incident landed both men in the hospital and Aubry, who was determined by police to be the instigator, a misdemeanor battery charge.
The lovers-turned-foes have also tentatively called a truce as of late Thursday evening, claiming in a joint statement from their lawyers that they've reached an "amicable" custody agreement. "There will be no further statements regarding this matter," the lawyers Blair Berk and Shawn Holley said definitely.
Hopefully this means the end of all the drama for all involved.
