The kick off for Beyoncé’s North American tour this June will mark the start of 2013’s BET Experience weekend. The line-up of performers for the three-day showcase of concerts and film screenings has been announced.

The festival, which begins on June 28 with Bey performing at the Staples Center, will lead up to the BET Awards on June 30. Other musical guests scheduled to perform include Snoop Dogg, Kendrick Lamar and Miguel, who will all appear on June 29. On the final day of the Experience, R. Kelly, New Edition and The Jacksons will perform.

“When the world thinks of stars, they think of Los Angeles,” said Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa in a statement. “And this June we are happy to welcome the stars of Black Entertainment to our City for the BET Experience. Every year the show honors those actors, musicians and comedians who touch our souls and bring joy to our lives.”

Along with the concerts, the BET Experience will also feature: the Music Matters stage, featuring up-and-coming artists; the BET Grammy Museum exhibit; the Film Fest, showcasing a diverse array of new film releases; and the 106 & Park stage, which brings its energetic audience to the Nokia Theater for celebrity appearances and free live performances.
