No more photo ops or jet-setting for Kim Kardashian, at least for a while. The pregnant reality star has been ordered on bed rest by doctors after a minor scare aboard an airplane to Los Angeles from Paris, Us Weekly reports. 
Kardashian, who is expecting her first child with boyfriend Kanye West in July, is "fine," according to pals and even her sister Khloe Kardashian. A source adds, "She's been working a lot, and with a divorce and the move and everything else she has going on, she just needs to take a little rest."
"A lot of you have expressed concern in the recent hours about Kim, and I just wanted to let you all know that mommy and baby are doing fine and just taking it easy right now," Khloe wrote in a post on her website Thursday. "Thank you so much to all of our wonderful fans and loved ones for your concern and support. We love you!"

Though insiders feel the stress from Kardashian's impending divorce trial with estranged husband Kris Humphries is at least partly to blame for her health scare, it doesn't seem like Humphries is buying it. As of now, the trial is scheduled to begin in May, as planned.
