Four films into the X-Men franchise and Halle Berry is still struggling to win over fans.
Director Bryan Singer posted a pic of the mom-to-be in costume as her character Storm and the look has drawn criticism from die-hard fans who are dissatisfied that Berry's close-cropped blonde cut doesn't match the character's original mohawk. Berry, who is expecting her second child later this year, was also careful to conceal her growing baby bump in the skin tight outfit.
This isn't the first time fans have given the side-eye to Berry's portrayal of the beloved heroine. Some believe the A-list star was never right for the role. Regardless, the actress is here to stay as shooting begins on the latest installment of the franchise, titled X-Men: Days of Future Past.
