Choreographer Accuses Michael Jackson of Child Sex Abuse

Wade Robson claims pop icon molested him as a child.

A new accusation of child molestation has been posthumously made against Michael Jackson. According to TMZ, choreographer Wade Robson filed legal documents against the King of Pop, asking for money from Jackson’s estate for sexual abuse that allegedly occurred when Robson was a child.

Robson, 30, who worked with pop music stars such as Britney Spears, Usher and Pink, met Jackson when he was 5 years old. Afterward, the two developed a friendship that lasted for years. When Robson was seven, he began attending sleepovers at MJ’s Neverland ranch as well as the pop icon’s homes in Los Angeles and Las Vegas. The sleepovers continued until Robson was 14 years old.

On May 1, Robson's lawyer filed legal documents, one being a never-before filed complaint "for childhood sexual abuse" allegedly perpetrated by Michael Jackson. Robson’s attorney also filed papers asking the judge in the Michael Jackson Estate case to allow him to put in a late creditor's claim against the Estate.

Robson’s accusations are in complete contrast to testimony he’d given about MJ eight years earlier. In 2005, he testified in Jackson's child molestation trial and denied he was ever molested by the pop legend. As a result of his testimony, Jackson’s lawyer are accusing Robson of currently lying about being abused by Jackson.

"This is a young man who has testified at least twice under oath over the past 20 years," said Jackson’s lawyer Howard Weitzman, "and said in numerous interviews that Michael Jackson never did anything inappropriate to him or with him."

Robson, according to sources close to the case, has said he is claiming to have "suffered from repressed memory," which is the reason why he is just now filing a creditor's claim.
