Lala Anthony has teamed up with ShoeDazzle.com to give shoe addicts a real treat. The TV star is following in the footsteps of her BFF Kim Kardashian and joining the company’s Celebrity Shoe Design Program for Charity.
Lala, wife of NBA baller Carmelo Anthony, has designed a high-heeled, faux-snakeskin bootie that is being called “Ooh La La.” 100% of the proceeds from the shoe will benefit one of Lala’s favorite charities, Community’s Child. The non-profit is described as an “organization committed to providing homeless mothers with safe, structured, yet compassionate living environments.”
In addition to designing "Ooh La La" for ShoeDazzle, Lala can also be seen in VH1's much-hyped show, La La's Full Court Life, beginning Aug. 22. She is also currently filming Think Like a Man, the film adaptation of Steve Harvey's bestselling book Think Like a Man, Act Like a Woman. In October she will make her stage debut in the Off Broadway production of Love, Loss and What I Wore.
Lala's "Ooh La La" bootie will be available on Aug. 12 in ShoeDazzle showrooms.
