Can you imagine what a Nicki Minaj fashion line might look like? Fans of the colorful raptress may finally get a chance to rock her duds. A member of Minaj’s team has revealed that the artist is currently developing a fashion and beauty collection.
"With her team, we're all working and in discussions on a fragrance deal," Mark Cheatham, a music agent at Creative Artists Agency, told Stylecaster.com. "We're also in discussions with different apparel companies as well. We're expecting that will make her a mainstream brand."
Minaj was a fantastic muse for MAC’s Viva Glam campaign, and her OPI nail polish collection has Barbies waiting on the edge of their seats, so she’s definitely proven her marketability. Given the star’s animated looks, she could also design a line for creative teens who adore her over-the-top ensembles. She could also make a killing tapping into the market of kids like Sophia Grace, her 5-year-old rap protégé who performed on Ellen.
