Beyoncé Shows Off Her Post-Baby Body in Alice Temperley

Bey was one sexy mother at Jay-Z's benefit concert.

Beyoncé made her first post-pregnancy appearance in a sizzling Alice Temperley dress last night (February 6) at hubby Jay-Z’s first-ever concert at New York’s Carnegie Hall. It’s only been a month since she gave birth to her first child, daughter Blue Ivy, and she's already back in fighting shape!
The “Bootylicious” singer’s ruched red dress showed off a flat stomach that almost makes you forget she just had a child, although her curvier-than-ever hips don’t lie. Beyoncé wore Christian Louboutin heels with the knee-length dress and added a gold Alexander McQueen clutch and Ofira & Lorraine Schwartz gold jewelry. For an extra pop against the bold tones — and perhaps a nod to her daughter — Beyoncé wore cobalt nail polish and a blue ring.
Proud dad Jay-Z also shouted out their baby during his performance, commanding the crowd to "put a hand in the air for Blue," before performing his track “Glory,” which features the newborn’s 2-day-old cries. "I didn't think I was going to make it through that one. That was tough,” he told the audience. But as usual, the rapper played it cool in tailored looks styled by June Ambrose, including a black polka-dot tuxedo and a cream Tom Ford dinner jacket, black bow tie and slacks — each look with shades. Alicia Keys made a cameo in a black and white menswear look and sleek bun to sing “Empire State of Mind." Nas also suited-up for a few numbers.
The performers weren't the only stylish folks in the room. The crowd also represented! “I really had a beautiful time tonight,” he told the audience, adding they looked “exquisite.”
