He says he "bleeds" when he watches his girls on the court.
He might be the president of the United States, but Sasha's and Malia's dad still makes time to attend their extracurricular activities. In a taped interview aired during Monday night's NCAA championship game (April 2), President Barack Obama recently sat down with CBS's Clark Kellogg to talk about what it's like to watch your children play on the basketball court.
"I bleed when those girls play.... Watching them play I just want them to do so well," he said.
He added that watching them do well gave him more joy than when he played himself. Lately, Sasha's been playing more often than her older sister and Obama even chips in with the coaching, but said he can't take much credit.
