The reality TV star dishes on Kanye and those plastic surgery rumors.

Kim Kardashian graces the cover of InStyle's August issue wearing sheer black and some seriously smoky eyes. Inside, the reality TV star models designs from her own Kardashian Kollection and Belle Noel lines, a belted Victoria Beckham dress and a seafoam green Roland Mouret dress. She also talks about her divorce from Kris Humphries, but what we want to know is what she had to say about her current boo, Kanye West.
"We know what we are to each other," she says. "We've had a deep friendship for so long and that's the start of a really good relationship."
Kardashian also cleared up rumors that she's had work done on her body though she doesn't disapprove of the idea. "It's crazy that people think I've had my nose, cheeks, and lips done," she tells the magazine. "It's just not the case. I'm not against plastic surgery. I will definitely need a boob lift after I have kids. Who knows if I will want to do my face one day? My mom did it, I told her to do it."
Until then she continues training and fighting off her cravings saying, "When you have curves, you are a cheeseburger away from looking heavy."
