President Obama to Celebrate Birthday With Chicago Fundraiser

He'll turn 51 on August 4.

President Barack Obama will be turning 51 on August 4, and his wife Michelle sent out an e-mail to supporters detailing how the POTUS will celebrate his big day. Apparently one not afraid to mix business with pleasure, he'll be returning to the family's Chicago home located in the Kenwood neighborhood to host a fundraiser for his reelection campaign.
Now not only will major givers be in attendance, but grassroots donors can enter for a chance to get on the guest list as well. Donors who give $3 or more will be automatically entered into the drawing and may possibly join President Obama at his fundraiser.
The First Lady also noted on the message that the President's birthday will be "one of the last opportunities he'll get for a little downtime before the final weeks of the election."
