Jennifer Hudson has literally worked her butt off since joining the Weight Watcher's program, but the singer says she's finally reached a weight she's comfortable with and doesn't plan on shedding any more. Hudson, who's showing off her svelte figure in a skater style dress on the cover of Redbook's December issue, tells the magazine that she's happy after losing more than 80 pounds since joining the weight loss program in 2010.
"I'm at the weight I want to be," she said. "But I hear all the time, 'Don't lose any more weight, you need to stop.' People are under the impression that I'm still losing but I'm not."
One thing the mom of 3-year-old David Daniel Otunga Jr. is still working on is getting comfortable with her body transformation and remembering that she's no longer a size 16, but a 6.
"I'm getting used to my new self more than anything else. I got used to being plus-sized and knowing how to be that, whereas this is like, 'OK, who am I?' I keep thinking that I probably need an extra-large or a large and the stylist is like, 'No, you need a medium or a small.'"
